The Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Jacob urban cleaner (the “Sponsor”) and is in no way sponsored, supported, administered by, or associated with Meta or its divisions. Anyone entering or attempting to participate in the Contest understands that their participation is subject to these Contest Rules and any participant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules.
1. Contest Period
The Contest begins on March 1, 2024 at 12:00pm (Eastern Time) and ends on March 10, 2024 at 11:59pm (Eastern Time) (the “Contest Period”).
2. Conditions for participation in the competition;
No purchase is required to participate in this Contest. Only one entry per person will be accepted. To participate in the Contest, an eligible person must comply with the following conditions during the Contest Period and comply with all Contest Rules (the “Participant (s)”). To participate in the Contest and become a Participant, a person must: follow @jacob .on Instagram; like the Contest post on Jacob urban cleaner's Instagram account; tag 3 friends in the comments section of the Contest post. Limit of one (1) entry allowed per Instagram account. Registration must be done using the Participant's personal Instagram account. Entries made by any other person, business, organization, or entity will be declared invalid. It is forbidden to use any device to automate the entry. Any attempt to manipulate the Competition will result in the disqualification of the Participant.
3. Eligibility

4. Selection of winners and drawing procedures
The draw date for the Competition is March 11, 2024 (EST), in Sherbrooke, Quebec. On the date of the draw, one (1) participant will be selected using a computer-generated random drawing from among all eligible Entrants at the end of the Contest Period (the “Eligible Winners”). The odds of winning the Prizes depend on the number of eligible entries. As the number of entries increases, the chances of winning decrease. The Eligible Winner will receive an Instagram direct message from the Sponsor within three (3) business days following the draw date. In order to be declared a winner and be eligible to claim the Prize, (the “Prize Winner”), the eligible Winner must: Reply to the Sponsor's Instagram direct message and provide a valid email address within three (3) business days following the Sponsor's Instagram direct message. Upon receipt of a valid email address, Sponsor will send a Declaration and Waiver Form to the email address provided within three (3) business days to the email address provided. Complete and sign the declaration and waiver form provided by the Sponsor and return it by email response to the Sponsor, within three (3) business days of receiving the email from the Sponsor; Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise, to a mathematical skill-testing question contained in the Declaration and Waiver Form. The Sponsor or designated representative will make at least one (1) attempt to communicate with each selected participant randomly via Instagram message. If, at the end of three (3) business days following the Draw Date, it proved impossible to contact the selected participant, or if the notice sent to him is returned with the mention undeliverable, the participant in question will, at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizers, be disqualified (and will lose all rights to the prize in question). In such a case, the Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion and as time permits, to randomly select another eligible participant from the rest of the eligible Entries (if applicable, the provisions set out in this section will apply to the newly selected participant); prior to naming a winner, the Sponsor reserves the right to verify and confirm, at its sole discretion, the eligibility of the eligible Winner, including the Complete all mandatory fields in Declaration and waiver form and compliance by the Eligible Winner with all provisions of these Contest Rules. The Prize Winner will only be announced once the Sponsor has confirmed to its satisfaction that the eligible Winner complies with these Contest Rules. As soon as the Sponsor has confirmed to its satisfaction that the eligible Winner complies with these Contest Rules, the Sponsor will announce the Prize Winner on the @jacob .cleaner Instagram account.
5. Price description and retail value
One (1) prize will be awarded (the “Prize”): A coat cleaning with collection and delivery service. The approximate total value of the Competition Prizes is $75 CAD. The Prize is valid at the Sponsor's counter, located at 5111 St-Hubert Street, 5111 St-Hubert Street, Montreal, QC, H2J 1G2.The Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for money (unless expressly authorized by the Contest Organizers at their sole discretion). No prize substitution will be possible, except at the discretion of the Contest Organizers. They reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to replace the prize, or a portion of it, with another prize of equivalent or greater value, including, but at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizers, by cash. The prize will only be awarded to the person whose full name and verifiable valid email address are listed on associated with the Entry in question.
6. Prize claim
After announcing the Prize Winner, the Sponsor will contact the Winner to arrange for a home collection at the address provided by the Prize Winner in the Declaration and Waiver Form. The procedures related to the Prize, including collection, deadlines, delivery and all other steps, will be in accordance with the description available in the FAQ section dedicated to collection and delivery (

7. Limitation of liability
Without limiting the scope of the waiver, and for greater certainty, the Sponsor will not be responsible for: a) any printing or typing errors in materials in connection with the Contest; b) any false or inaccurate information, whether caused by visitors to the site, by the equipment or by the programming used by or associated with the Contest, or caused by any human or technical error that may occur in the process of registration for the Competition; c) any error, omission, interruption or deletion, defect, delay in the operation of the Competition website, the Competition page, or the transmission in connection with the Competition; d) any failure of communication lines, theft, destruction or unauthorized access or modification of entries; e) any technical problem or defect in the network or telephone line, of the telephone line, of the online computer system, of the online computer system, of the server or of the supplier of computer equipment, software, any failure of the electronic mail due to technical problems or congestion of Internet network or any site; or f) any injury or damage to participants or participants' computers or any damage to the computers of a third party related to or resulting from participation in this Contest. If the Contest cannot proceed as planned, for any reason whatsoever, including due to a computer virus, computer errors, computer errors, falsifications, unauthorized interventions, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, or smooth running of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, all subject to the approval of the Régie of alcohol, shopping, and games, when required. By participating or attempting to participate in this Contest, all persons indemnify the Sponsor, their organizers, their advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents and/or representatives from any damage that may be suffered as a result of their participation or attempt to participate in the Contest.
8. General conditions
For residents of Quebec only: A dispute concerning the organization or conduct of a advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a resolution. A dispute over the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of intervening in an attempt to resolve it. By registering, the Participant declares to have complied with the Competition Rules. Information provided by participants must be complete and accurate. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for communication problems, late, incomplete, or mistakenly submitted prize claims. Incomplete, distorted, late, or reproduced entries will be cancelled, resulting in ineligibility to claim a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the contest rules, disrupts the registration process, or acts in an unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the contest may result in civil and criminal proceedings. Prizes may only be substituted at the discretion of the Sponsor. Entrants agree that the decisions of the Sponsor and the registrations related to the Contest are final. Entrants release the Sponsor from any and all liability in the event of a dispute relating to the contest or the prizes. The contest is not affiliated with Instagram, and participants release Instagram from any liability. The participant is the person who owns the Instagram account, and this person is responsible for answering questions and completing the reporting form. The contest is governed by applicable federal, provincial, or municipal laws and is prohibited where prohibited by law.
9. Confidentiality policies
When participating in the Contest, all Participants are asked to consent to the Sponsor's privacy policy in order to obtain consent to the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor and its representatives or agents for the purposes set out in the privacy policy, including: in connection with the Contest, for the purpose of organizing the Contest and awarding the prizes. The foregoing is not intended to limit any other consent to the collection or use of personal information that may have been or may be provided in the future by an Entrant to the Sponsor or by any of the other exempt parties, as applicable. Personal information collected as part of this contest may be stored on one or more servers located outside of Canada.
