No — we'll take care of it. Hooks, rings and fragile items are protected throughout the process. You unhook your curtains, we do the rest.
Yes — our deep cleaning eliminates stubborn odors while reviving fibers. This is one of the cases where the result is the most visible — the curtains accumulate odors without us realizing it. If you want a reinforced odor treatment, we offer an extra at $5/panel.
No — cleaning and drying cycles adapted to each fabric are used to maintain the original dimensions. Air or machine dry at low temperature as indicated on the label.
3 to 4 business days for standard service. The express service guarantees a return in 24 to 48 hours with a surcharge of +20%.
The rate is based on the area of the panel:
1) Regular curtain (up to 6m²): $21.95
2) Large curtain (6m² to 18m²): $43.95

Yes — for optimal thorough cleaning, curtains should be unhooked prior to collection. It's the only thing we're asking you to do. The rest is us.
