Yes. When ordering, you choose your detergent fragrance from three options: fresh cotton, lavender, or fragrance-free. All washes are done in lukewarm water and dried at a low temperature by default. If you prefer air drying, this option is available at an additional cost of +$0.50/lb.

Each garment is inspected and treated with a commercial stain remover upon receipt and then sorted by color. Fragile items and bright colors are placed in protective bags before washing. Drying is done at low temperature to preserve the fibers, and each piece is carefully folded before returning. Your clothes are weighed at the entrance and exit to ensure the conformity of the order and the accuracy of all items cleaned.

Never. Each order is washed separately, from reception to folding. Your clothes are never mixed with that of another customer.

The express delivery time is calculated based on your pickup time window. For example, if you schedule a pickup in the 7—9 am time window, your order can be returned as early as 7—9 am the next day. In the event of an unforeseen event on our side, the express costs are fully reimbursed to you.
