Collection and delivery are free for orders over $120. Below this amount, the fee is $9.95 for the regular area (center of the island) and $19.95 for the remote area (periphery of the island and suburbs). You can check your area directly with the postal code checker on this page.

Yes — free shipping over $120 applies to all areas, including the South Shore and North Shore.
For your first collection, it is preferable. Afterwards, we can agree on a designated location — lobby, concierge, or other — depending on what works best for you. Our delivery person will contact you if necessary.
You don't have to prepare anything. Just have your clothes ready by the door. Our delivery person will arrive with a clean Jacob bag and cover — laundry clothes go in the bag, dry cleaning clothes go in the bag.
Yes — free of charge up to 1 hour before collection. After this time, service fees may apply.
Our delivery person will contact you to agree on a safe place to drop off your clothes, or to schedule a new delivery. An additional $9.95 delivery charge applies in this case.
Of course — you can leave instructions before finalizing your order, whether for delivery (e.g. access code at the entrance) or cleaning (e.g. stubborn stain to be treated as a priority).
Yes — you can make your collection recurring directly from the online portal when selecting your schedule. Ideal if you want us to come to your house every week without having to reschedule every time.
Standard service takes 3 to 5 days from collection. The express service guarantees a return in 24 to 48 hours, with a surcharge of +20%. Plus and Max subscribers benefit from discounted express rates.
The express service ensures that your clothes come back to you within 24 to 48 hours from collection. It applies to all services — dry cleaning, laundry and touch-ups — with an additional 20% surcharge. If we do not meet the deadline for a reason that is ours, the express costs are refunded in full.
You are only charged upon delivery, once your clothes have been cleaned. If the final amount differs from the estimate — for example if the weight of your laundry room is different — you are informed before being invoiced. No surprise.
You can track your order in real time in the “My Orders” section of the portal. We also send you a text message when your clothes are ready, and another 30 minutes before our delivery person arrives — with a real-time tracking link.
