From the first conversation to the first PICKUP — we take care of everything.

We create your profile

A call or an email to understand your needs — volume, frequency, services required. We will prepare a quote for you within 24 hours.

We configure the service

Promo code for your employees or recurring collection settings — everything is set up before the first pickup.

We pickup at your office

Our delivery person arrives according to the established schedule. SMS 30 min before each pickup and delivery.

You get a monthly report

Order summary, consolidated billing, electronic receipts. Everything documented, folded or on a hanger — delivered to your door.

Is there a minimum commitment or contract?

No — no commitments, no contracts to sign. You can start, adjust, or stop the service at any time. We are working on trust, not on clauses.

How does that actually work for my employees?

We provide you with a unique promo code to share with your team. Each employee creates an account, places orders and manages their own invoicing — you don't have to manage anything. The collection is done directly at your offices at the frequency established together.

How is my rate established?

The discount is based on your team's combined monthly volume. The higher the volume, the greater the discount — up to 25%. We set your rate during a first conversation, without commitment.

How long until operational?

Generally less than a week. A 15-minute call to understand your needs, we configure the service, and the first collection can be scheduled in the following days.

Do my employees manage their own billing?

You have a choice. In decentralized mode, each employee is billed individually on their own card — zero administration on your part. In centralized mode, we consolidate all orders and you receive a single invoice at the end of the month. The billing method is established during the initial setup, and you can change at any time.
