As soon as you register, your credits are added to your account and visible at all times in your customer portal. They are automatically applied to each order — dry cleaning, laundry, or touch-ups — regardless of the counter used.
No Your unused credits are automatically carried over for 3 months. Even if you cancel your subscription, your remaining credits remain available for 3 months following the cancellation.

Express service is available with all packages, with a reduced surcharge depending on your level: 20% with Flex, 15% with Plus, 10% with Max. Without a subscription, the standard surcharge is 20%.
