From drop-off to delivery, every piece goes through a strict protocol. Here's why we can guarantee a flawless result.
As soon as we receive your clothes, we inspect each piece — stains identified, buttons protected, defects noted. You will receive a text message with a detailed receipt and photos of your order.
Each piece of clothing is sorted according to its label — dry cleaning, wet cleaning, hand cleaning. You never mix things that shouldn't be mixed.
Stains are treated individually with the right products before cleaning. If a stain resists, we start again — up to 3 passes if necessary.
Pressing, removing hair and pilling, putting on a hanger, protective cover. Each order is checked one last time before leaving our shop.

Not necessarily — and that's exactly why we inspect each room at the reception. Label instructions are followed to the letter. If a piece of clothing cannot be dry-cleaned, we'll tell you before proceeding. Never a surprise.
Each piece goes through three stages of verification — upon receipt, during cleaning, and before delivery. Delicate fabrics are cleaned in mesh bags, buttons are protected, sensitive materials are treated at low temperatures. Our return rate is less than 1% — we are proud of it.
Unfortunately yes, in some cases. Stains that are very old or caused by chemicals can withstand even the best treatments. If this is the case, we'll let you know before delivering and explain what we tried. You are never charged for unsatisfactory work without informing you.
We're starting again, for free. You have 5 days after delivery to report a problem to us. The cause is identified and corrected—without discussion.
If the error is caused by our process, we do everything we can to restore the garment. If it is deemed irreparable, you are offered a credit of 100% of its value or a refund of 50% of its retail value. Reimbursement is capped at $500 for dry cleaning.

Yes — without an appointment in the 4 counters. You drop them off, we give you a deadline, and you come back and pick them up or we deliver them to your home if you prefer.
